Greenwood native Kell Kellum is a guitarist / keyboard player and a mainstay in the Oxford music scene. On Sunday, June 2 at 6pm, Kell is playing the Small Town Big Sound stage at Turnrow. He'll be joined by our pal William Boyle, who's third novel A Friend Is a Gift You Give Yourself is a screwball noir masterpiece, receiving high praise from the New York Times Book Review, NPR, Booklist, Shelf Awareness, Bookpage, Kirkus, and Publishers Weekly. Bill will read from his book before Kell takes the stage.
Cover charge is $10 and everyone under 12 gets in free. Kenny's keeping the Turnrow Cafe open late with hot food, cold beer, soft drinks, and more.
When Lucia discovers that Adrienne is planning to hit the road with her ex-boyfriend Richie, she figures Rena's her only way out of a life on the run with a mother she can't stand. But Richie has massacred a few members of the Brancaccio crime family for a big payday, and he drags even more trouble into the mix in the form of an unhinged enforcer named Crea.
